"Donna definitely goes the extra mile for her clients. Our Title Company had sent the closing documents over, but they had some corrupt files that made us unable to print them. She worked with me for over an hour to get the problem fixed. She also went to the borrower's house at 9:30 at night to start the signing process. If she hadn't done this, the borrower's lock would have expired which would have been a problem since rates had increased since the lock had been executed. If they had to re-lock the borrower would have lost thousands of dollars in extra closing costs. I can't thank you enough Donna. You are a life saver!"
